Subscription Terms

I. INTRODUCTION
These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of Fax-Free subscriptions via the Website available at fax-free.pro (hereinafter, the “Website”). By purchasing a Fax-Free subscription on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.
II. AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS. SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION
Choosing a Plan. You can view, choose, and purchase a subscription plan directly when attempting to send a fax. We offer two subscription options to fit your needs: monthly and annual. Select the plan that works best for you to proceed with sending your documents. Before you confirm your purchase, we will clearly present the billing period and recurring fee.
Subscription Activation. Your subscription will be activated immediately upon successful completion of the payment process on the Website.
Changes to Subscription Offerings. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time. Any such changes will apply only to new subscription offerings presented on the Website and will not affect your existing subscription.
Price for Existing Subscriptions. For an active, auto-renewing subscription, the price you initially agreed to will remain in effect. If we need to change the price for a subsequent subscription renewal period, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
III. SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWALS
Subscription auto-renewals. All subscriptions available for purchase on the Website are auto-renewable. It means that after the billing period for the corresponding subscription plan is expired, such subscription plan will be automatically renewed (monthly or annual), and you will be charged automatically on an ongoing basis unless you cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Therefore, to prevent the auto renewal of your subscription plan for the next billing period and withdrawal of funds, make sure that you cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before subscription renewal date, i.e. at least twenty-four (24) hours before the current subscription billing period ends.
IV. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Because our payments and subscriptions are processed through Paddle, cancellations can be easily managed using one of the following methods:
- use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Transaction confirmation email;
- submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account’s billing page; or
- visit here and select the “Request refund” option.
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged any further recurring fees after the cancellation takes effect.
V. REFUNDS
Consumers in certain countries may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. In the EU/EEA and the UK, for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies and takes precedence where relevant.
Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through our Website and handles payments, billing and refunds. To request a refund, contact Paddle at paddle.net.
You may request a refund for subscriptions within 14 days of your most recent renewal. Refunds are processed in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
VI. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Merchant of Record. We have partnered with Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) to handle the sale of our subscriptions on the Website. Paddle is our authorized reseller and acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription purchases made on the Website. This means that when you purchase a subscription on the Website, you are entering into a transaction directly with Paddle. Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, handling applicable taxes, and managing the overall checkout experience.
Payment Processing via Paddle Checkout. All payments are processed through Paddle’s secure online checkout (“Paddle Checkout”). The specific payment methods (card, PayPal) available to you will be displayed on the checkout screen.
Authorization of Charges. By providing a payment method and confirming your purchase, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription and grant ongoing authorization to Paddle to charge your chosen payment method. This authorization covers the initial subscription fee at the time of purchase and all subsequent recurring fees at the beginning of each subscription billing period. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription as described in these Subscription Terms.
Data Security and Privacy. Paddle is responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the personal and payment data you provide during the checkout process. Paddle’s data processing practices are governed by its Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review at paddle.com/legal/privacy. We do not collect or store your full payment card information on our servers.
VII. CHARGEBACKS AND OTHER PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment card issuer, we encourage you to contact Paddle first. This is almost always the fastest and easiest way to resolve any payment issue or receive a refund you may be entitled to.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to the Website may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
